Based in Waterford city in the sunny south east of Ireland I have been playing music since my teens, starting out in the usual cover bands, following a stint as bass player with Zoo2 ( a U2 tribute act) I moved to Dublin and found myself entertaining the locals and foreign visitors in around the hotels of the capital. In 1998 I took the plunge and went professional and have been lucky enough to be able to call this my 'job' since. From the late 90's up until 2021 I travelled the highroads and byroads of this island with the well known band 'The Bottle Brothers' , a professional wedding and function band.
As a solo performer I have clocked up plenty of invaluable experience in many sides of the entertainment industry, and nothing beats experience. Entertaining people is what I do, equally at home playing in large venues and crowds to more intimate surroundings. I play a wide range of music to suit all ages and tastes from modern hits right back to traditional tunes and everything in between, the quality of the sound is also vital, making sure that everything is crystal clear and not too loud ensures that everyone enjoys the event.I really enjoy what I do, I put a lot of effort in to every gig and I'm not happy unless the audience are enjoying listening to the music as much as I am enjoying playing it.
